MRS international guarantee. ERTHA grants a 24-month warranty to STRAPIES from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid if the warranty certificate is dated, signed and duly completed by the brand or a brand reseller. Over a period of 2 years, Mrs. Ertha replaces the mechanical dial on any watch that, while in good condition, presents mechanical defects or breakdown. The Warranty for the replacement watch ends at the end of the Warranty for the replaced Watch.

- Before activating the warranty, check that the battery is empty. Please change the battery at a trusted jeweler. If, after changing the battery, the watch still does not work, contact the retailer to replace it.
- The bracelet and glass are not covered by the 24-month factory warranty. However, if you consider that your bracelet/glass has a manufacturing defect and that it was not due to misuse of the item, please contact the retailer for a correct assessment of the situation.
