Refund policy
RETURNS
The Buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days from the date of receiving them. To make a return, the goods must be sent back to the sender’s address using DPD or Omniva parcel machines.
* The Buyer covers all costs related to returning the goods due to withdrawal from the purchase;
* The Seller will refund the money to the Buyer’s bank account within 10 business days after receiving the returned goods.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Goods by sending a withdrawal request to the Seller via email at [info@littleandcute.lv](mailto:info@littleandcute.lv). Upon the Buyer’s request, the Seller will send the withdrawal form electronically by email.
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal request. All costs related to returning the goods to the Seller shall be covered by the Buyer.
The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
* the ordered goods cannot be returned due to their nature, are perishable, or quickly consumable;
* the ordered goods have been made specifically for the Buyer according to an individual order;
* the Buyer has opened the packaging of audio recordings, video recordings, or computer software.
According to Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer’s right of withdrawal or withhold compensation if the goods are damaged, used carelessly, used contrary to instructions, if the original packaging has been lost, or if the packaging is significantly damaged.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods:
* Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days;
* Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
SHIPPING COSTS
* Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product;
* Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the received product is damaged or incorrect.
EXCEPTIONS
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
* The product has been used or damaged due to the Buyer’s fault;
* The product was made according to an individual/custom order;
* Hygiene products if the packaging has been opened.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately by sending information and photos to [info@littleandcute.lv](mailto:info@littleandcute.lv).
In such cases, we will provide a replacement product or a full refund, covering all related costs.
